Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry/ Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ETP in Textile Garments, ETP WTP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the operational system process for 100 m3/hr. Biological ETP & 120 m3/hr. WTP.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the environmental parameters (pH, DO, COD, BOD, EC, TSS, Temp. etc) as per DoE standards & ECR-97 and achieve BSR standards & also follow the ZDHC guideline.
∎ Monitoring and maintain all process control parameters (MLSS, MLVSS, SVI, F/M ratio, Total N2, Total P, Sludge age, MCRT, DO, pH etc.)
∎ Root cause analysis for any failure ensure corrective action plan to stop recurrence.
∎ Proper management of produced sludge and ensure discharge of sludges as per regulation.
∎ Conduct training for skill development of ETP operators.
∎ Ensuring standard test for outlet water conducted by 3rd party.
∎ Ensuring standard operating procedure for all analytical tests and good laboratory practices.
∎ Coordinate best possible combination of fitters and mechanics in case of any breakdown maintenance of ETP machine to reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
∎ Plan and conduct maintenance operations during unexpected shutdown of ETP machine.
∎ Assists in various activities, including but not limited to risk identification, incident reporting and investigation, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, and various compliance activities in all areas of EHS.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, confident, and proactive.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Efficient in MS excel and other Office Applications
