Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Allocate maintenance tasks among the maintenance team to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of maintenance activities.
∎ Specify important maintenance jobs and determine duty schedules according to priority for smooth maintenance operations.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance work schedules to ensure timely maintenance of equipment and machinery.
∎ Regularly inspect and examine the concrete pump, wheel loader (SEM), and concrete batching plant (Jumper 2000 & Mobimix 1500) for scheduled maintenance works according to weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules.
∎ Visit the "ACCL Automobile Workshop" for scheduled maintenance works and coordinate with external service providers as necessary.
∎ Communicate with machine suppliers to collect part numbers and provide them to the store and purchase department.
∎ Prepare lists of spare parts and deliver them to the warehouse department for item requests on a weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Implement strategies to reduce maintenance costs, both for spare parts and service charges, while maintaining equipment reliability and performance.
∎ Receive internal customer complaints and problems related to maintenance, verify them, and strive to resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports, highlighting key activities, issues, and achievements, and communicate them to higher authorities for smooth maintenance operations.
∎ Respond to unscheduled and emergency breakdowns promptly, coordinating repair and maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
∎ Conduct occupational health and safety training for maintenance team members to ensure a safe working environment and foster teamwork and motivation.
∎ Participate in various learning and development activities, workshops, and meetings for personal and organizational development.
∎ Lead, implement, and follow up on monthly Kaizen projects aimed at continuous improvement in maintenance processes and practices, and submit reports to higher authorities.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by higher authorities to support organizational goals and objectives
