Job Context: A reputed ACCESSORIES, PRINTING & PACKAGING Company is looking for a dynamic Production Manager for it’s factory’s Printing Press Section, who will look after the whole production process of the Printing Press.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan & Execute daily production plans in line with approved schedules and customer requirements.

• Supervise whole manufacturing processes of Printing Press including designing, plate making, pressing, ink-recipe, printing, die-cutting, finishing and QC operations.

• Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters (speed, pressure, temperature) to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimal downtime.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine troubleshooting, breakdown resolution, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Inspect product quality including printing alignment, and finished product’s dimensions to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Identify and address product defects by implementing corrective and preventive actions to maintain quality standards.

• Managing machine allocation, shift scheduling, and manpower deployment of the production floor.

• Monitor production output, machine downtime, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and optimize efficiency.

• Supervise production personnel / staffs to ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations, safe machine operation, and proper use of safety equipment.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, operational records, and documentation for overall performance monitoring and analysis.
