Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Executive to manage end-to-end order processing and ensure smooth coordination between system, warehouse, and delivery operations. The role requires strong accuracy, speed, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer orders from the system (Shopify)

• Ensure accuracy of product, quantity, address, and payment details

• Fulfill orders, check products before packaging.

• Release orders for sorting and packaging

• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely order preparation

• Monitor order flow and prioritize urgent or same-day deliveries

• Track orders from processing to dispatch

• Ensure timely handover to courier partners

• Identify and resolve order-related issues (stock mismatch, missing items)

• Coordinate with customer support team for corrections when required

• Maintain daily order and dispatch records

Requirements

• Minimum  Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce / fulfillment / logistics

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar systems is a strong advantage

• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
