• Hands-on experience in data center or NOC operations, specifically in passive infrastructure.

• Willing and able to work in a roster-based 24/7 environment.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Monitor and maintain racks, cabling, PDUs, UPS, batteries, cooling, and access control.

• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, fire suppression, and environmental monitoring systems.

• Conduct routine inspections of all passive infrastructure.

• Monitor data center environment parameters and alarms.

• Respond to NOC alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when required.

• Maintain incident logs and update tickets.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.

• Assist in corrective repairs and coordinate with vendors.

• Document all maintenance activities.

• Manage rack space, labeling, and cable routing.

• Maintain inventory of passive infrastructure components.

• Assist in installing racks, cabling, and power systems.

• Ensure adherence to safety, ISO standards, and operational guidelines.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and secure access control.
