• Prior experience in data center operations and maintenance is mandatory.

• Holds relevant certifications (e.g., Uptime Institute, HVAC, Power Systems, ABC License).

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC operations, fire safety systems, and building management systems (BMS).

• Strong ability to create and maintain maintenance records and technical reports.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations and maintenance activities at the data center.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and technical standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of technical staff and contractors.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage maintenance records as well as technical reports.
• Report to management on operations, incidents, and performance updates.
