∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, supervise and monitor the maintenance of different types of electrical items.
∎ Ensure all electrical equipment is operational and maintained as per the standards.
∎ Perform scheduled/ preventive/breakdown maintenance of continuous process machineries such as Generators (Gas, Diesel), Boilers (Gas, Diesel, EGB), Air Compressors, WTP, ETP, RO, Pump-Motors, HVAC, Lift, Solar plant, Substations Operation, Dyeing and Knitting Machine as per compliance rule.
∎ Install the manual and automatic fire delectation system as per National Fire Protection standards (NFPA).
∎ Deal with various utility service provider organizers (PDB, Gas, T & T, WASA, Fire Brigade etc) for load sanction, license etc.
∎ Responsible for the end-to-end process of the department i.e. Installations, Commissioning, and Erection & Maintenance.
∎ Ensure that a full preventative maintenance plan is established and adhered to through day-to-day schedule maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of boilers, generators & all compressors for undistributed supply and also take proper plan about inverter, motor, electrical panel board, and plc, etc.
∎ Ensure all control panels and DB Boards are properly maintained to reduce the breakdown.
∎ Prepares electrical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and components in the different workplaces to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
∎ Ensure adherence to all SOP (standard operating procedure) in all processes as well as utility equipment and Perform tasks with proper safety standards.
∎ Make a schedule of preventive maintenance to keep minimum downtime due to electrical breakdowns.
∎ Maintain proper documentation process of machine maintenance as per compliance.
∎ To ensure electrical in compliance with national & international codes of conduct.
∎ Troubleshooting any kind of electrical problems.
∎ To ensure SLD as per RSC standard.
∎ Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
∎ Proper knowledge about RSC, and Niarapon protocol.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for recurring electrical problems and implement corrective actions.
∎ Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
∎ Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies, trends, and industry best practice
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge in office programs, AUTOCAD, 3D design and other relevant software.
∎ Must have knowledge in automation, power management.
∎ Ability to work extended hours and shift duties as per schedule.
∎ Should have knowledge in BNBC, NFPA rules and regulations.
∎ Candidate should be proactive, target-oriented and can-do attitude.
∎ Must have excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills.
