Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare of a logical and efficient facility layout for any kind of renovation and new project.
- Oversee the construction to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications; inspects construction workmanship, materials, equipment.
- Monitor the work process, performs quality assurance testing and enforces safety requirements.
- Monitor the construction schedule, reviews contractors’ proposals for change, and makes recommendations.
- Liaison with local & Govt authorities responsible for the implementation, scheduling and compliance of local building codes and construction regulations.Purchases new or replace construction equipment as per requirement.
- Supervise and inspect the installation and commissioning work for all kind of electrical system.
- Ensure the practice of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policy of the company.
- Responsible for safe operation of all kinds of electrical system like Substation, Generator, IPS, UPS, MDB, DB etc.
