∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
∎ Must have 06 months Fire Safety Manager Course Certificate from FSCD.
∎ Preferred Training on Chemical Safety.
∎ Preferred Training on Environment, Climate Change and Health.
∎ Must have 06 months Fire Safety Manager Course Certificate from FSCD.
∎ Preferred Training on Chemical Safety.
∎ Preferred Training on Environment, Climate Change and Health.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement EHS policies, procedures, and practices at the site for ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
∎ Identify and mitigate EHS risks through inspections and risk assessment.
∎ Prepare and update SOPs, policies, and instructions for effective EHS management.
∎ Conduct incident investigations and provide corrective actions.
∎ Organize and deliver regular EHS training and awareness programs.
∎ Oversee Chemical dispose, ETP performance, Canteen Service and Pest control systems.
∎ Ensure the effectiveness of the emergency management system and conduct drills as needed.
∎ Ensure Fire Safety for The Workplace & Building.
∎ Conduct fire drill monthly Regular/ weekly fire training with fire safety team & general workers.
∎ Daily floor visit & ensure floor compliance and follow up the daily compliance check list given by the higher authority of compliance department.
∎ To ensure having personal protective equipment’s PPE like mask, metal gloves, eye guard, needle guard, pulley cover, goggles, ear plug, gum boot, rubber apron, ear plug for workers are working in machines & chemical stores.
∎ Conduct the awareness program on rules and Regulation, Compliance & Welfare Issues, Health, Hygiene & Safety; First Aid Etc.
∎ Any other responsibilities that assign by Reporting HOD.
