We are looking for two highly organized and communicative female team members to join Shophine! Your main goal will be simple but very important: making sure our customers receive their orders on time and with a smile. You will act as the friendly bridge between our customers and our courier partners.

What You Will Do:

• Order Confirmation: Contact customers to verify and confirm their orders before we dispatch them.

• Courier Follow-up: Track daily shipments and stay in touch with courier companies to ensure packages are moving smoothly.

• Ensure Delivery: Actively solve any delivery issues, delays, or return attempts by communicating with both the rider and the customer.

• Reporting: Keep accurate daily records of delivered, pending, and canceled orders.

What We Are Looking For:

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Languages: Must speak clear English and Hindi. Knowing Arabic will be considered a huge advantage!

• Tech Skills: Good hands-on experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets for daily tracking.

• Communication: Excellent talking and problem-solving skills. You should be polite, patient, and confident over the phone.
