We are building Newness Go Bangladesh's upcoming Super App for Food, Grocery, Fashion, and more. We are not looking for traditional "salesmen." We are looking for smart, energetic, and tech savvy Business Hunters for Dhaka and Cumilla.

If you hate sitting behind a desk all day, love talking to business owners, and know how to close a deal, you are exactly who we want!

What you will actually do:

• Field Work: Visit top restaurants, super shops, pharmacies, and lifestyle brands in your assigned area.

• Pitch the Vision: Explain to business owners how the Newness Go app can increase their daily sales.

• Close the Deal: Collect their documents, sign them up, and get their shop live on our app.

• App Training: Teach the merchants how to use the "Newness Merchant App" to accept orders.

• Relationship Building: Keep in touch with your onboarded merchants to ensure they are active and happy.

Employment Status: Full Time

Workplace: Work From Office (Mostly Field Work)

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (If you are super smart and have great sales experience, we might ignore the degree).

Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years.

• Freshers who are extremely smart, confident, and have great communication skills are welcome to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Start up Experience: Previous experience in merchant onboarding for companies like Foodpanda, Pathao, Daraz, or Chaldal is a HUGE plus.

• Tech Savvy: You must be very comfortable using smartphone apps, Google Maps, and basic internet tools.

• Communication Skills: You should know how to talk respectfully but confidently with local shop owners and corporate managers alike.

• Hustler Mindset: You don't give up easily when a merchant says No.
