Job Context:
∎ To ensure & handle whole process independently - carton -poly measurement, Packing list, web portal update, export document & logistics support requirement of Triple Apparels Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position Follow up, all the complete garments are perfectly input in finishing room from the sewing section.
∎ Checks all the garments threads are trimmed properly.
∎ Ensure that the measurement is okay.
∎ To reduce the garments damage by over heat, controls heat of the iron.
∎ After ironing if any defects are seen, then pass that garment for immediate cleaning.
∎ Ensure that the finishing tables are clean.
∎ Check out the defect and rejects on garments.
∎ Find out the cause of garment defects.
∎ Examine the defects and takes special care about oil marks, stain marks, burn, cracks and pits etc.
∎ Examine the garments, if seam puckering is developing after washing or ironing.
∎ Record the inspection data and submit it.
∎ Ensure all the goods are folded as per standard practice or as per buyer instruction.
∎ Before poly packing must inspect goods.
∎ Ensure the dusts are remove and the hang tags are properly set on garments.
∎ Must follow the buyer’s specified assortments.
∎ Ensure packing garments are matches with the approved finished garments.
∎ Ensure the measurement of cartons, quality of packing, side marks of cartons.
∎ Follow up finished goods areas.
∎ Keep all production data.
∎ Make sure shipment schedule on time delivery 100%.
∎ Follow every buyer inline, pre-final and final inspection offer as per planning.
∎ Follow up finishing production flora house keeping and hourly production targets.
∎ Confirmed by delivery as per commercials documents.
∎ Ensure all finishing carder present and absent carder data make.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
