Job Context:
∎ Vacancy in a 100% foreign (Chinese Investment Undergarments Accessories) Company.
∎ We are looking for honest, bright and dynamic individual person for metal accessories dyeing master position
∎ Job Location: Comilla EPZ.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be Responsible for dyeing finishing target production.
∎ Work out the chemical dye formula, taking into account how the textile will absorb the colour.
∎ Measure out dyes or chemicals in a powder or liquid form to test a small fabric sample.
∎ Compare the strength and shade of dye so that it matches the customer's requirements.
∎ Make adjustments to the mix and machine settings until a perfect colour match is achieved.
∎ Calculate the temperature and application technique for specific textile materials.
∎ Carry out tests and quality checks to see if dyed samples are colourfast.
∎ Document the dye recipes and processes for each textile order, for future reference
∎ To reduce wastage(time/man/machine) and to make smart use of man, machine and material to get best output.
∎ Plan, coordinate, organize and control the total production process of Dyeing section.
∎ Identify cost reduction opportunities in the production through process, dyes- chemical selection & combination.
∎ To become aware of Inspection test status, taking corrective and preventive action.
∎ To maintain quality as per buyer requirement.
∎ Closely keep in touch with sales & Merchandising dept. to fulfill the requirements;
∎ Any other assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good command on Dyeing, medium communication skill in English, Hard working & have mentality to work for long time. Candidate having good skill on metal accessories dyeing
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Joining salary 25-30, after probation Salary will be decided according experience & capability as per company structure. Others benefit as per Company policy.
