Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check all accounting documents and post the day-to-day transaction in the accounting system in time.
∎ To prepare and review banks reconciliations and the manage discrepancy
∎ To prepare management reports, analyze accounting records, and financial statements on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, and as when necessary and submit the reports to the Management in time.
∎ Dealing with Bank & FI's and informing management about the position of cash & bank
∎ To ensure the control of Fixed Assets with maintaining of Fixed Asset Register.
∎ Knowledge of Tax, Vat and other regulatory matters is needed.
∎ Any other accounts related to legal tasks assigned by Management.
∎ Work in a team environment and collaboration with various departments.
∎ To face yearly audits by external auditors.
∎ To understand all of the company's liabilities and has many legal contracts, statutory & tax obligations.
∎ To ensure Compliance of VAT, TAX & Bangladesh Bank regulations & timely
∎ Reporting. Prepare & Submit Monthly VDS & TDS Return to VAT & TAX Department.
∎ Reports financial status by developing forecasts; budget, reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
∎ Maintaining all sorts of business communication with Banks and Financial institutes.
∎ All other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good at English Oral & Written Communication
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Paid as per EPZ Salary Structure
