∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up of Dyeing production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization;
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period;
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept);
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis;
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process;
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency;
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker;
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines;
∎ Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face contingencies;
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good communication skill and well behavior;
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Team work & commitment.
