Educational Requirements:
∎ Bsc in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination with the Planning Department for the dyeing program.
∎ Machine wise planning as per capacity and priority
∎ Taking care of dyeing and washing production
∎ Maintenance of the Inventory – dyes, chemicals and stationery
∎ Taking care of Quality checks of the dyed yarn, shade approval of yarn as well as the woven fabric and towel.
∎ Taking care of machine maintenance with quarterly, half yearly and yearly maintenance with co-ordination of Maintenance team. Taking care of spare parts inventory.
∎ Responsibility of setting up of new dyeing plant for garments Dyeing with a large factory.
∎ Regular training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues
∎ Co-ordination with Planning for the program and quality control dept. for testing of fastness properties.
∎ Key user of the ERP software from the department for material movement, Recipe management and Inventory management.
∎ Training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues
∎ Co – ordination with laboratory, Design and planning departments for day to day production requirements and sampling activities.
∎ Production planning according to priority and shipment requirements.
∎ Training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues
∎ Maintenance of the Inventory – dyes, chemicals and stationery
∎ Taking care of Quality checks of the dyed yarn, shade approval of yarn as well as the woven fabric and towel.
∎ I carry up on my moral duties according to rules of company & thus, to do any work if face any problem in the work place then I want their help & suggestion from the responsible persons & work in accordance. Dyeing production and quality inspection.
∎ Undergone various trainings like “Textile Dyeing Manager ’ Training”, Fire hydrant wet drill, Training on Safety and “Costing in Recipe and Process Development”.
∎ If RCVD goods are found any discrepancy, then immediately is informed to the concern persons by written report. Besides if any supplier people do not deliver on time any goods of order, it is informed to the all responsible persons. Costing of different wash styles.
∎ Any other task will be assign by management.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
