∎ Higher Secondary/ Bachelor's degree
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in dyeing operations within the garment industry.
∎ Good knowledge of dyeing processes, techniques, and fabric properties.
∎ Attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching and quality.
∎ Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with the knitting executive to ensure timely delivery of knitted fabric for dyeing.
∎ Develop and execute dyeing production plans based on given TNA.
∎ Prepare batch wise grey fabric requisition as per the dyeing plan.
∎ Ensure advance batch creation as per knitting sheet and daily production plan.
∎ Monitor the dyeing process to ensure that fabric is dyed according to specifications.
∎ Conduct quality checks on dyed fabric to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies.
∎ Maintain records of dyeing production, including quantities, color matching, and any issues encountered during the dyeing process.
∎ Collaborate with the incharge and knitting executive to address any quality or delivery issues.
∎ Provide regular updates to the incharge on the status of dyeing operations.
