∎ Minimum 4-7 years of experience in operating and maintaining auto dosing machines, preferably in the RMG washing industry.
∎ Hands-on experience with Eliar brand dosing systems is highly preferred.
∎ Strong understanding of chemical dosing processes and safety protocols.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to dosing equipment.
∎ Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
∎ Willing to work in a washing plant environment with rotating shifts, if required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate, monitor, and maintain auto dosing machines to ensure accurate chemical dosing for washing processes.
∎ Ensure the correct dosing of chemicals as per recipes for both wet and dry processes.
∎ Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely chemical supply without disrupting workflow.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to dosing equipment to minimize downtime.
∎ Calibrate and maintain dosing systems regularly to ensure consistent performance.
∎ Monitor chemical consumption and maintain accurate records of dosing operations.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations in chemical handling and dosing.
∎ Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance of dosing equipment.
∎ Train and guide junior operators to ensure smooth operation of auto dosing systems.
∎ Standard MH Group is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee and manage the operation of auto dosing machines at our washing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate chemical dosing, maintain the machines’ performance, and support production processes in line with quality standards.
