∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of Merchandising & Marketing Professionals.
∎ On boarding new customers with minimum $2 Million value of order with professional period.
∎ Deal with the buyers independently for merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Keep liaison with buyer for order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ Play the leading role in long-term planning, including an initiative for operational excellence.
∎ Work closely and lead the in house team of designers to meet buyer's needs.
∎ Coordinate with planning department to determine delivery schedule and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Ensure excellent communication with buyer for any technical clarification, as and when required.
∎ Prepare SOP of the marketing & merchandising team.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 year(s) practical experience in the relevant track in a large Knit Composite Garments industry.
∎ Applicant should have very sound technical knowledge of marketing, industry, Product, Production, Quality, Sourcing etc.
∎ He should have proven successful interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationship with staff at all levels.
∎ Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.

Salary: Tk. 300000 - 350000 (Monthly)
