∎ Age 40 to 50 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Researching current fashion trends and determining collection requirements based on customer USP.
∎ Develop ideas for new collections based on research data.
∎ Preparing stories, trims & fabrics, mood boards, client boards, color boards and collection based on ongoing trends and research work.
∎ Preparing tech packs with details or flats with exact measurements, graphics with all relevant details and references in alignment with the price points provided.
∎ Liaise with PD and merchandising teams overseeing the development of the samples and working with the different teams involved within the given time frame.
∎ Presenting collections to the sales team and obtaining the expected sales results.
∎ Working closely with the product developers to drive fashion direction.
∎ Maintain all style and selection updates from all customers and merchandisers.
∎ Responsible for leading the development process of all sample collections and SMS.
∎ Provide transparency on timeline conflicts, risks, changes and action items on day-to-day basis.
∎ Alert the team when new development materials arrive, including but not limited to lab dips, strike off, and prototypes. Follow up with the team for timely comments.
