∎ JOB PURPOSE: Supportive supervision of all upazilas to obtain targeted sales plan under coverage districts. Supervise operations of Service Centers and Language Trainings of the upazilas. Coordinate among upazila level centers for local level marketing and organize trainings in coverage areas. Coordinate with SDP/BISD centers and local level service partners.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop operational sales distribution plan for all Upazilas under supervision.
∎ Ensuring sales results as per the given target of the Upazilas under supervision.
∎ Ensuring team members prepare and submit online and hardcopy management Information Systems (MIS) for management.
∎ Develop alternative/innovative sales plan for increasing sales of the Upazila centers s/he is responsible for.
∎ Coordinate and organize trainings especially language training and Life skills training under the project as per sales operational plan.
∎ Develop business relationships with existing migration service delivery agencies(private and government) such as Language trainers, Entrepreneurship trainers, and business advisory support providers at district levels under the supervisory project area.
∎ Responsible for overall supervision of MSEP activities and the staff members under supervision.
∎ Coordinate with all Upazilas/centers under supervision, collect all upazila sales update and collate together for Head office reports.

∎ Business operational analysis skills and Business operations management.
∎ Sales / Marketing management.
∎ Cross-Cultural Communications and Program Management.
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product / service marketing of business/ service delivery organizations.
