Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to coordinate economic reintegration activities of Reintegration Service Centers under Prottahsa project. The incumbent will need to closely supervise Field Organisers of respective Upazilla and facilitate Para Counselors so that they can facilitate reintegration support to the returnee migrants. S/he will also arrange and facilitate issue based training/ event, keep documentation and prepare periodical report & project MIS. Moreover, s/he will need to keep communication with local level stakeholders i.e. duty bearers, local government, institutes, journalists, returnee forums etc. for smooth field implementation and advocacy.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with/ under guidance and supervision of respective Reintegration Service Center (RSC) Manager.
∎ Supervise Field Officers working in project under respective RSC and provide continuous guidance to the team for ensuring quality programme implementation/ field operations.
∎ Undertake regular field visits and facilitate field activities for ensuring better outcome of project.
∎ Arrange and provide financial literacy training to returnees and their families so that they can utilise their remittance in productive way.
∎ Strengthen and establish community level business/ advisory group to support business and provide linkage with the key stakeholders.
∎ Provide independent financial services support, including debt mediation services for returnee migrants, service advocacy, business development and job placement.
∎ Coordinate and make follow-up of returnee profiling, develop and maintain online database.
∎ Liaise with local level industries/ institutes and projects for managing job placement for the returnees.
∎ Establish community enterprise in selected project areas including the development of economic infrastructure in key returnee locations.
∎ Provide access to skills training for returnees, including local market skills, skills for economic infrastructure and internationally recognised skills qualifications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong business operational analysis and business correspondence skills
∎ Excellent cross-cultural communications and interpersonal skills
∎ Sound competencies on program management and facility management related activities
∎ Ability to coordinate multi-layer team management
∎ Minimum 1 year of work experience in development activities at field level is preferable. Previous experience on working with migrants will be counted as an advantage.
