Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a Distribution Manager ( Chocolate Manufacturing) who has a proved track in FMG and will be responsible for the followings:
∎ Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service in the distribution center.
∎ Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle.
∎ Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
∎ Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
∎ Arranging warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
∎ Resolving any arising problems or complaints related to distribution.
∎ Supervising, coaching, and training warehouse workforce.
∎ Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
∎ Maintaining metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
∎ Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, of the country.
