Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing and formulating chocolate recipes
∎ Preparing monthly and yearly production plan according to management demand
∎ Scheduling and planning of production according to market demand
∎ Inspecting quality of raw materials , packing materials, flavors and other chemicals
∎ Monitoring of production and packing section
∎ Managing costing of production cost.
∎ Following up finished product quality
∎ We are looking for a Production Manager ( Chocolate Manufacturing) who has a proved track in FMG and will be responsible for the followings:
∎ Preparing and formulating chocolate recipes
∎ Preparing monthly and yearly production plan according to management demand
∎ Scheduling and planning of production according to market demand
∎ Inspecting quality of raw materials , packing materials, flavors and other chemicals
∎ Monitoring of production and packing section
∎ Managing costing of production cost.
∎ Following up finished product quality
