Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the Bangladesh office's Merchandising organization, including but not limited to flawless execution of orders, i.e. on time, quality, compliance and to achieve the budget / OI / margin
∎ Manage the performance of vendors and proactively manage the Bangladesh sourcing vendor base to support the organization growth and business plan
∎ Partner closely with the Global / Regional business leader and provide local expertise and solution to meet customer needs and requirements
∎ Proactively optimize operation efficiency of the office to drive synergy and process re-engineering to enhance productivity
∎ Partner closely with local Technical Services team to ensure the compliance of service quality
∎ Develop and grow local Merchandising team, and build up organizational capabilities to support future business growth
∎ Support global strategies / projects and drive local execution to support the organizational goals
