Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline from reputed universities with no Third Division
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to achieve monthly Retail Liability/ Asset products sell targets
∎ Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets
∎ Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base
∎ Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels - campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals from existing customers
∎ Analysis Of financial Status to evaluate the credit worthiness Of the client
∎ Coordinate with line manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly report
∎ Promote specific products as directed by upper management
∎ Any other business development activities assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 1 (one) year experience in selling deposit & loan products in Banks or NBFIs
∎ Freshers interested to work in sales/ field jobs are also encouraged to apply
∎ Result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target
∎ Pleasant and presentable personality
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and target oriented
∎ Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level
∎ Geographic mobility and flexibility
Salary:
∎ Gross Salary BDT 12,000 - BDT 24,000 per month (Varies based on experience)
