Expert in scaling E-commerce sales while maintaining a healthy ROAS.

Skilled in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Ability to write compelling ad copies and guide the creative team for winning visuals.

Target: 500+ Orders Per Day | Budget Handling: $1,000/day

Little Trendstar — Bangladesh’s fastest-growing kids’ clothing brand — is looking for a high-performance Meta & Google Ads Media Buyer who has proven experience running $1,000+ per day campaigns and generating consistent, scalable sales.

🔥 What You Will Be Responsible For

  • দৈনিক $1,000+ ads budget পরিচালনা করা।

  • 500+ orders/day target achieve করা।

  • Facebook & Google Ads full funnel manage করা (TOF, MOF, BOF)।

  • Scaling strategies (horizontal + vertical) implement করা।

  • Retargeting audience expand & optimize।

  • LLA (1%–10%), Value-based LLA, A+ Shopping Ads, CAPI integrations।

  • Daily ads data analysis, optimization & reporting।

  • Winning creative identify, test, and scale।

  • Shopify + Pixel + GA4 + CAPI tracking deep understanding।

  • Cost per purchase কমানো এবং ROAS maintain করা।


🎯 Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in performance marketing.
