Job Context: We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects with sincerity, dedication, and professionalism.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  • Look for sales chances and understand what customers need.

  • Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory.

  • Maintain relationships with customers via Facebook page messages and emails.

  • Maintain good professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction to the highest level.

  • Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily and monthly reports of sales.

  • Quickly solve customer complaints and pass on important issues to the right staff.

  • Cooperate with colleagues and ensure fast support to customers with the highest level of professionalism.

  • Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
