Plan daily/ Weekly /Monthly sales target by dealer Category, product category to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
Plan for primary sales through onboarding dealers for ensuring primary sales target.
Plan for secondary sales of the Dealer through Multi brand shops for ensuring sales target.
Onboard Multi brand Outlet's as per target and territory for secondary sales target achievement
Ensure sales officers are aware of product, price, Apex policies, incentive schemes, procedures, promotion, statutory requirements and keep them updated whenever is required.
To lead and improvise workflow ensuring maximum productivity both for dealers and sales officer.
Proactively overseeing performance, profitability of multi brand shops through weekly and monthly visits and see whether they are following the guidelines for doing the business.
Analyze market trends, competitor’s business and discover new opportunities for market expansion by opening new dealer and Multi brand outlets in gap market.
Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends in terms of product, price, trend & achieving market share across the area.
Review existing incentive schemes and suggest profit maximizing scheme/ policy improvements.
