Responsibilities & Context:

Duties & Responsibilities of a Hospital Marketing Executive

  1. Develop and implement marketing plans to promote hospital services.

  2. Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate organizations.

  3. Generate patient referrals through regular field visits and networking.

  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitors.

  5. Organize health camps, awareness programs, seminars, and community outreach activities.

  6. Promote the hospital's specialty services, consultants, and healthcare packages.

  7. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media, website, and online campaigns.

  8. Monitor patient feedback and work with departments to improve patient satisfaction.

  9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.

  10. Achieve monthly and annual marketing and business development targets.

  11. Establish corporate tie-ups with companies, educational institutions, insurance providers, and NGOs.

  12. Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.

  13. Represent the hospital at healthcare exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

  14. Ensure all marketing activities comply with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

  15. Maintain accurate records of client meetings, referral sources, and marketing outcomes.
