Experience:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing or any other discipline having the experience in the relevant field.
A background in Marketing, Business Administration or Real Estate is a distinct advantage.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales and marketing and relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the real estate sector and also have the experience in “Digital Marketing”.
Fresher’s with outstanding communication skills and a strong drive to succeed are also encouraged to apply for entry-level positions.
Additional Requirements
Age: 22 to 35 years (may vary for the Manager position).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bengali and English.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for company projects, including apartments, land/plots, and commercial properties.
Lead Generation & Client Management: Generate new leads through direct client communication, networking, digital platforms, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Property Presentations & Site Visits: Present company projects professionally to potential clients. Arrange and attend client site visits to showcase properties and explain project details, pricing, and facilities.
Market Research & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for business development. Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and daily communication records. Assist with sales-related documentation.
Client Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with interested buyers to convert leads into sales and manage the collection of booking money and installments.
