Role mission
Own end-to-end digital growth for Institute of International Studies (IOIS), Future Connect Education & Migration Services (FCEMS), and Aran Properties (Sydney). Build and lead the Bangladesh digital wing to deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads at scale while maintaining flawless cross-office communication and execution.
Key responsibilities
Strategy, leadership and ownership
Build the multi-channel digital growth strategy for IOIS, FCEMS, and Aran Properties across Bangladesh, Pakistan, Mauritius, and Australia markets.
Translate CEO directives into actionable quarterly plans with clear KPIs, budgets, and resource plans; report progress weekly.
Own the complete lead engine: planning, execution, optimization, and pipeline handover to sales/admissions.
Performance marketing and lead generation
Plan, launch, and optimize high-ROI campaigns.
Lead conversion rate optimization: landing pages, A/B testing, forms, chat/WhatsApp flows, heatmaps, and funnel diagnostics to reduce CPL/CAC.
Build and own lead-nurture automation across email/SMS/WhatsApp with lead scoring, drip/retargeting, and win-back campaigns.
Scale additional channels: influencer/creator partnerships, affiliate/agent portals, webinars, and events-to-digital retargeting.
Bangladesh digital wing management
Lead the Bangladesh digital team (media buyers, content/design, SEO, CRM/automation); set SOPs and campaign QA standards.
Establish SLAs with sales/admissions for speed-to-lead, lead quality checks, and feedback loops; ensure <5-minute initial contact on hot leads.
Coordinate creative production, landing page builds, and localization for each brand and country.
Cross-office communication and coordination
Act as the single point of contact for digital between Bangladesh, Sydney, Pakistan, and Mauritius offices; ensure smooth, timely communication.
Run weekly cross-office campaign reviews, share best practices, and localize creatives/offer messaging per market.
Support Aran Properties campaigns with the Sydney team (inventory alignment, inspection schedules, and market-specific targeting).
Analytics, tracking, and reporting
Own end-to-end tracking: GA4, GTM, UTM governance, offline conversion imports, and CRM attribution.
Build executive dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports on CPL, CPA/CAC, ROAS, LTV, lead-to-enrollment/conversion rates by brand and country.
Implement experimentation frameworks and cohort analysis; recommend budget shifts based on incremental ROI.
Brand, content, and reputation management
Maintain consistent brand voice and compliant messaging across education, migration, and real estate verticals.
Oversee always-on content calendars for social, blog, and video; manage community engagement and review responses (Google/Facebook/portals).
Create high-converting assets: lead magnets, brochures, videos, case studies, success stories (with verified claims only).
Website and martech ownership
Own websites’ UX, speed, security, and SEO health; manage multilingual/multi-region configurations.
Administer the martech stack (CRM/marketing automation, WhatsApp Business API, email/SMS tools, analytics) and build scalable workflows.
Budget, vendors, and procurement
Own and track media budgets across brands/regions; forecast, reallocate, and safeguard ROI.
Source, negotiate, and manage agencies/freelancers; set clear deliverables and performance SLAs.
Compliance, risk, and data privacy
Ensure all ads and communications comply with platform policies and local laws, including Australia’s Spam Act, Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), Mauritius DPA, and applicable data/privacy regulations in Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Maintain truthful, compliant claims for education and migration marketing; follow real estate advertising standards in Australia.
Enforce opt-in/opt-out policies, data security, and brand-safety controls.
Sales/admissions alignment
Partner closely with IOIS admissions, FCEMS counselors, and Aran Properties sales to align targets, qualify leads, and improve conversion.
Build feedback loops and training for counselors/BD teams on lead handling, scripts, and CRM hygiene.
Innovation and growth
Pilot new growth channels (Snapchat, Reddit/Quora, programmatic native), AI-assisted content, conversational funnels, and offline-to-online attribution.
Identify strategic partnerships (education portals, property portals) to expand lead sources and improve lead quality.
Team building and culture
Hire, mentor, and upskill the digital team; run performance reviews and create a learning roadmap.
Document playbooks, SOPs, and campaign retros to institutionalize best practices.
CEO directives and special projects
Report directly to the CEO; execute directives across any current or future ventures within the group.
Be ready to pivot quickly and manage cross-functional projects end-to-end.
Availability, time zones, and travel
Maintain smooth cross-time-zone coverage; be open to extended hours when necessary to meet campaign or launch deadlines.
