Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce, and paid advertising channels. The role involves team leadership, campaign analysis, and brand storytelling to enhance Borka’s visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Shahidas Lifestyle – Borka.
Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
Coordinate with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to produce engaging campaigns, visuals, and landing pages.
Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI; provide data-driven recommendations.
Plan and execute email marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital promotions.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and competitor activities.
Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve targets.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing (fashion, lifestyle, or retail e-commerce preferred).
Proven expertise in social media management, content strategy, and paid digital advertising.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance marketing tools.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
