Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce, and paid advertising channels. The role involves team leadership, campaign analysis, and brand storytelling to enhance Borka’s visibility and sales performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Shahidas Lifestyle – Borka.

  • Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.

  • Coordinate with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to produce engaging campaigns, visuals, and landing pages.

  • Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI; provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Plan and execute email marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital promotions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and competitor activities.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve targets.


Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing (fashion, lifestyle, or retail e-commerce preferred).

  • Proven expertise in social media management, content strategy, and paid digital advertising.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance marketing tools.

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
