∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering with sound Academic background from renowned University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Spinning), Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for overall production of the factory.
∎ Ensure close supervision with concerned department for the sake of smooth/target/quality production.
∎ Planning and organizing production Schedule.
∎ To manage and administer effectively all the factory matters for uninterrupted production.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target and optimum quality.
∎ To ensure availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.
∎ Report preparing for Management and MIS
∎ Supervising the work of Junior Staff(Production Department)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have experience in Export oriented modern Yarn manufacturing Mills.
∎ Operational knowledge on Cotton, PC, CVC etc.
∎ Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS-word and excel is a must.
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work & negotiation Skill.
∎ Managing ability with problem solution & analytically skills.
∎ Good knowledge in Quality Department.
