Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be experienced enough to advice on overall factory operations and administration, HR and compliance activities of a Garments Industry.
∎ Have to play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Have to implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture, manage change particularly to structure in a positive and supportive manner.
∎ Advise on how to plan, develop, update and implement various policies and procedures related to HR, Admin and Compliance.
∎ Have to advise & formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, stress, conflict management etc. in a proactive manner.
∎ Have to advise for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
∎ Have to advise to ensure smooth operation & develop MIS/ reporting system, office support, maintenance of transport pool, security, office equipment, property, Canteen maintenance, Maintain Personal file, Promotion, Transfer, Increment & Performance appraisal, legal affairs, maintain public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders and so on.
