Responsibilities & Context:

Fashion Flash Ltd., established in 2008, is a 100% export-oriented woven garment manufacturer under the JCL Group. The factory is fully compliance-oriented and works with globally renowned buyers such as NEXT, Monoprix, Premier, LPP, and others. We are looking for a highly professional, self-driven, and knowledgeable Sr. Executive (Compliance & Welfare) to lead compliance, Welfare and sustainability initiatives in alignment with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated knowledge of buyer compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, ICS, WRAP, Accord/Alliance, NEXT, LPP etc.) and ensure implementation in the factory.

  • Prepare the factory for audits.

  • Conduct regular internal compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

  • Monitor worker welfare, canteen, dormitory, safety, and medical facilities to ensure they meet compliance standards.

  • Develop and implement corrective action plans (CAP) in coordination with department heads.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, policies, and records required by buyers and auditors.

  • Conduct training programs on compliance, workplace safety, and labour rights for workers and supervisors.

  • Ensure proper operation of grievance handling mechanisms, anti-harassment committees, and worker participation committees.

  • Investigate compliance issues, resolve findings, and follow up on improvement areas.

  • Track and update all compliance-related KPIs and prepare reports for management.

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring social, ethical, technical, and environmental compliance standards.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law (amended) and buyer codes of conduct. 

  • Candidates who have adequate experience & expertise in performing the above-mentioned jobs independently in a reputed Woven Garments factory are only encouraged to apply.
