Fashion Flash Ltd., established in 2008, is a 100% export-oriented woven garment manufacturer under the JCL Group. The factory is fully compliance-oriented and works with globally renowned buyers such as NEXT, Monoprix, Premier, LPP, and others. We are looking for a highly professional, self-driven, and knowledgeable Manager – HR, Admin & Compliance to lead compliance, HR functions, factory administration, and sustainability initiatives in alignment with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Management
Manage all factory compliance-related activities effectively and independently.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act-2006, Amendment 2018, Labor Rules 2015, Amendment 2022, and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain audit documentation, conduct internal audits, gap assessments, and ensure timely closure of non-compliances.
Lead all social, environmental, technical, RSC and buyer audits.
Maintain audit-ready HR files, wage records, permits, safety documents, and legal certifications.
Ensure compliance with buyer Codes of Conduct and sustainability guidelines.
Human Resource Management
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, organogram, performance management systems, and talent development strategies.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, induction, manpower planning, succession planning, and skill development.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Manage payroll, leave, attendance, statutory deductions, and MIS reporting.
Conduct salary surveys and maintain competitive compensation strategies.
Administration Management
Ensure smooth administration of the entire factory, including security, transport, safety, and office operations.
Oversee emergency management, fire safety, electrical and structural safety, and boiler safety functions.
Maintain liaison with government authorities and other stakeholders.
Ensure utility management, infrastructure maintenance, canteen and transport supervision.
Maintain strong community relations and support corporate social responsibility efforts.
Leadership & Reporting
Lead HR & Admin teams with proper delegation, coordination, and follow-up.
Maintain professional communication with buyers, auditors, law enforcement, and compliance bodies.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management.
Support organizational culture, motivation, conflict resolution, and operational excellence.
