∎ We are searching a brilliant Competent DGM for Quality Assurance department for Metro Knitting & Dyeing Mills Limited. The position will monitor entire quality process of Knitting, Knit Dyeing, AOP & Washing. We will invite only those who has minimum 15 years working experience within Quality Assurance department in a big fabrics manufacturing organization. The position is directly responsible to develops and maintains quality assurance and control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department and other supporting departments and ensure quality product within time budgetary restraints and compiling reports for the management.Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met Setting standards for quality as well as making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors. Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing. Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability. Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department. Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
