Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knit Dyeing Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Textile, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the effort to troubleshoot and resolve the technical issues that arise from the production floor. E.g. technical issues related to dyeing and finishing.
∎ Communicate with knitting division, planning division and respective merchandiser of buyer for ensuring 100% quality, shade matching, etc.
∎ Improvement of production process.
∎ Responsible for reducing wastage as per (time/man/machine) and process loss of each operation. Arrange and conduct counseling for manager/in-charge/supervisor/operator to monitor and meet KPI.
∎ Have to work as a responsible person in dyeing department.
∎ Control finishing parameter during bulk production on the basis of standard technical method.
∎ Must have to work proactively with the key personnel of concern department & laboratory to ensure the quality requirement. In case of major problems, inform the top management to solve or implement the alternative options.
∎ Solving the color matching problem during finishing and if required try to find a better solution by the help of spectrophotometer for the better performance/perfection.
∎ Ensure the dyed fabric quality according to the standard requirements. Ensure & arrange all types of test for the fabrics.
∎ Ensure harmless fabrics production which is totally free from RSL. Ensure proper maintenance of all machines by Maintenance department as and when required.
∎ Ensure fabrics dimensional stability as per buyer's requirements. Ensure dyeing production target on daily basis.
∎ Ensure meet target fabric delivery to garments cutting department for normal Work.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of dyeing & finishing.
∎ Candidate Must be competent and confidence in work
∎ Understanding of quality requirements of leading buyers with knowledge on all testing methods, fabric inspection & quality management systems
∎ Strong lab experience will be given preference
∎ Must be able to work independently and take certain decision
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers
Salary:
