Responsibilities & Context:
Drive the fabric QA team with technical & efficient manner.
Ensure best quality fabric according to the buyer`s requirement.
Execute economic and productive Production plans for effective Batch scheduling based on dyeing TOD (Time of delivery).
Responsible for minimization of fabric process loss.
Check dyes combination & lab recipe for problem free dyeing. Real time feedback to respective departments to minimize quality losses.
Arrange Training and motivation to production and quality team.
Taking a part in raw material control.
Monitoring all kinds of problems generated in fabrics such as shade colors fastness & other quality parameters.
Analyze the work order status for daily fabric production planning.
Coordinate with the Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, AOP, Merchandising, Garments & other related Departments.
To give the right decision for major trouble of the process.
Any other job as assigned by the management.
