Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for run the business independently Oversee the day to day production and shipment of woven (Top, Bottom & Jacket) factory.
Guide teams in solving technical challenges and addressing issues in development and production.
Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and optimization of resources (manpower, materials, and machinery) for profitable operations.
Monitor and evaluate production workflows to ensure efficiency, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
Evaluate business growth, maintain and achieve the target.
Reducing Excess Over Time (EOT) through monitor and improve production and manpower efficiency.
Focus on First Time Through (FTT), Non-productive Time (NPT) reduction, TNA, material loss prevention, and Cost per Minute (CPM) optimization.
Convene daily production meetings and coordinate production schedules with Merchandising and Quality teams.
