∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Ability to work and deliver under pressure, Administration, Cost optimization, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for overall production of the factory.
∎ To manage and administer effectively all the factory matters for uninterrupted production.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.
∎ To Follow up the Raw Material Warehouses, needs to be maintained in well manner.
∎ To Respond as Team leader for any emergency issue.
∎ To perform any others task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Operational knowledge on Cotton, PC, CVC etc.
∎ Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS-word and excel is a must.
∎ Producing required report for Management and MIS
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.
∎ Good knowledge in Quality Department.
