∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering with sound Academic background from any renowned University (BUTEX preferred).

∎ Operational knowledge on Cotton, PC, CVC etc.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS-word and excel is a must.
∎ Report producing for management and MIS·
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work & negotiation Skill.
∎ Managing ability with problem solution & analytically skills.
∎ Good knowledge in Quality Department.

∎ Trutzschler 3 line blow room with modern machineries including PP Sensor & Argus fire detection system and latest TC 19i Card·
∎ Toyota FL 200 Roving frame with auto doffer/FRD·
∎ LR9/AX Ring frame with Auto doffer·
∎ Murata Q-Pro ex Auto coner·
∎ Fully automatic bobbin transport system of Electrojet.
∎ To be responsible for overall operation of the factory.
∎ To manage and administer effectively all the factory matters for uninterrupted production.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.
∎ Follow up the Raw Material Warehouses, needs to be maintained in well manner.
∎ Responding as Team leader for any emergency issue.
∎ Customer visit.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management.
