∎ Masters or Bachelors in Textile Technology / Masters or Bachelor degree in any discipline.

∎ At least 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Washing Marketing of a 100% export-oriented woven washing factory.
∎ Tracks and takes necessary steps to ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company as part of the overall financial targets on sales and profitability and operational targets related to capacity utilization of the plant.
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets.
∎ Manages relationships with key customers.
∎ Provides key inputs for the development of new products and markets.
∎ Scans the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from new and existing customers.
∎ Regularly collects and analyses competitor information through market intelligence and other sources.
∎ Negotiates the price and values of company products with customers and finalizes orders.
∎ Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning for timely dispatch.
∎ Coordinates with the Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers' complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Provides inputs into the costing of products based on market surveys to eliminate any loss due to wrong pricing.
∎ Supports the development of a performance-driven culture amongst all employees.
∎ Takes regular developmental feedback from customers on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules.
∎ Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis.
∎ Plan, organize, lead, and control the total activity of a washing factory in order to achieve the target set by management.
∎ To develop the samples with the required wash/treatment along with several propositions as standard.
∎ Knowledge of washing machine knowledge, chemical store handling, and the development of new washes.
∎ Production follows up with the washing plant.
∎ Creative inputs on new wash ideas which are lined with trends and customer expectations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in Denim Washing (Dry Process), Denim Washing (Wet Process), Production Management (Washing), wash Chemical, and Washing Factory.
∎ Should have good technical knowledge about washing plant.
∎ Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, integrity, honesty, and openness.
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent team spirit and team-building skills.
∎ Good people skills, communicating and listening, and the ability to build a team who can provide the administrative services required.
∎ Able to demonstrate a systematic and common-sense approach in order to effectively play the designated role.
∎ It is essential to be fluent in both written and spoken English.
∎ Result-oriented, ability to multi-task, handle and bring issues to a close.
∎ Achieve and improve the company's key performance indicators.
∎ Years of Technical experience combined with the understanding of the buyer’s language.
