Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
∎ Drive the product assortment strategy, ensuring a compelling and competitive denim garment collection that meets customer needs and preferences.
∎ Responsible to ensure effective marketing of the right product mix to ensure the profitability up to the maximum potential of the company.
∎ Ensuring best negotiation with flexible product range and competitive price to the customers, by reviewing cost sheet with comparative data study.
∎ Establish and maintain good business partnership by ensuring excellent customer service.
∎ Consistency of the capacity fulfillment.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision.
∎ Setting up the departmental structure in accordance with business target and drafting SOP's for team, coaching them regularly on system, new trends, and review business targets.
∎ Managing design & product development team. This includes costing, sampling, design development, material development etc.
∎ Perform periodical meeting with the product development team to discuss current development for existing customers and new developments on clothing for offering to existing or new customers.
∎ Lead & guide the merchandising execution.
∎ Supervise the team on proper follow up for on-time shipment from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain planning and ensure the merchandisers are updating the order status, as well as to the customers.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment.
∎ Closely monitor the activities of team members and evaluate their performance periodically.
∎ Provide necessary guidance/counselling to low performer to improve performance in identified area.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
