Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to manage all commercial Import through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs, VAT department and BTMA.
∎ Follow up of Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Communicate with confirming bank for add confirmation of Import LC at a competitive price.
∎ Communicate with banks for timely collection of import documents for port clearance
∎ Maintain the files and records as per company policy.
∎ Closely follow up all commercial process execute in timely and cost effectively.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities and inform management as required.
∎ Any other job assign time to time by the management.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Good knowledge in handling L/C, Import, Shipment process, C&F, Transportation, and BTMA.
∎ Leadership, Time Management, good interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Computer literacy with efficient operational experience.
