• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position in AOP/printing project management.

• Strong technical knowledge in all over printing technology, machinery, inks, and quality assurance.

We are a leading textile and garments manufacturing company. We are looking for a highly experienced and competent General Manager (GM) who will be overall responsible for ensuring targeted production and quality while strictly maintaining customer requirements and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

GM – AOP (All Over Print) will be responsible for strategic planning, operational execution, and process optimization of the entire AOP unit. He will oversee production, quality, manpower, cost-efficiency, and compliance, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with buyers’ expectations. This is a key leadership role requiring extensive hands-on technical knowledge in textile printing operations and strong people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire AOP production unit to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure targeted production output within specified timelines and quality parameters.

• Develop, implement, and monitor process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement initiatives.

• Ensure buyer requirements, compliance, and sustainability standards are met at every stage of production.

• Plan, organize, and optimize resources including manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

• Maintain strong coordination with merchandising, planning, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth execution.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the team to build a high-performing workforce.

• Regularly monitor production KPIs and prepare reports for top management.

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained throughout the unit.
