Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or accounts
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant (ACA/ACMA)/ CA CC
∎ M.Com (Any disciplined)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 10 year(s) with a renowned 100 Export Oriented Garments Industry, Accounting and Finance, Accounting and VAT, Cost and Inventory Management, Cost Management, Product Costing and budgeting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical experiences on finance and accounts in a large volume export oriented International Buying House.
∎ Be capable to run Finance & Accounts Department independently in an international Buying House.
∎ Must have sufficient practical knowledge & experiences in Garments costing and cost analysis, Product Costing, Job Costing, Fund Management, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets Management, Finance, Accounts, Auditing, Tax, Vat, Custom Duty, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Costing, Banking, Taxation, Customs, etc.
∎ Be capable to keep good relation with varies stakeholders and regulatory authority; Like Bangladesh Bank, TAX, VAT, Buyers, International Liaison office Etc.
∎ Payroll, Financial and Corporate Reporting, MIS etc. as well as full operational practical knowledge in Buying House and as well as large volume of Garments industries.
∎ Fund and Treasury Management for smoothly running of Buying house Business.
∎ Finalization of Financial Statements (monthly and yearly) as per IFRS and facing Internal and External Auditors as complied with ISAs.
∎ Developing systems and procedures of Accounting policies, Internal Control and Standards.
∎ Identify areas of inefficiencies, cost control, cost savings and cost reductions.
∎ Implement Standard Costing system and procedures.
∎ Monitoring and follow up the Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Costing and Risk Management.
∎ Forecast review yearly Budget and Budgetary Control of Garments products and operations.
∎ Monitoring, follow up the commercial, Banking, LC Management, other compliances.
∎ Follow and monitoring the working Capital Management to smoothly run the Business.
∎ Monitoring and assisting the all compliances of the company.
∎ Ensure all sorts of accounting data, records, transactions, checking and verifying, etc.
∎ Ensure Cost analysis and product costs of order as per practical data and scenarios.
∎ Assist to CEO/MD of the Buying House at all level activities, workings and reporting.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, Proactive and hard working.
∎ Good Command in both English & Bangla
∎ Expert on MS Office

Salary: Negotiable
