∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ University or Technical Institute graduate from production design or engineering with sublimation printing focus is preferable.

∎ At least 5 years relevant working experience in the printing or sublimation design at a sizeable factory or design house.
∎ Good at conceptual and creative mindset to meet with company’s or client’s design needs and actualization.
∎ Effective leadership, communication and execution skills to complete the assigned tasks is mandatory.
∎ Good at use of relevant design software and MS Office software.
∎ Immediate available is an advantage for prior consideration.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To create and develop custom designs for sublimation printing on various materials such as fabrics, mugs, apparel, and other promotional products.
∎ To utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop or any other relates software) to prepare artwork for sublimation printing.
∎ To prepare, optimize, and adjust files to ensure high-quality prints and color accuracy.
∎ To work with the production team to ensure designs that are printed correctly and meet customer specifications.
∎ To ensure that designs are suitable for sublimation printing, color profiles, resolution, and material compatibility.
∎ To collaborate with the production and sales teams to understand client requirements and ensure designs in align with customer’s expectations.
∎ To troubleshoot and resolve design or production issues promptly so as to minimize delays or quality concerns.
∎ To coordinate the timely delivery of printed products as referred to the required timelines.
∎ To oversee the maintenance and operation of sublimation printers and other related equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
∎ To keep up-to-date with trends in sublimation printing technology and design, and offer innovative ideas for new products or design techniques.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Sublimation Printing Designer, at the grade of Assistant Manager, is required to oversee the design and production process for sublimation printing projects while assisting in the management of a creative team. This role blends creative design skills with practical knowledge of sublimation printing technology. The job-holder will be responsible for ensuring designs to be produced accurately, meeting client specifications, and aligning with the company’s quality standards. Additionally, the job-holder will support the Manager to run day-to-day operations, workflow coordination, and team leadership, etc.
