∎ Good at conceptual and creative mindset to meet with company’s or client’s design needs and actualization

∎ Immediate available is an advantage for prior consideration

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop and create design concepts for printing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, catalogs, and other paper-based products, etc.
∎ To prepare layouts and finalize artwork for printing, and ensure proper alignment, colors, typography, and image resolution.
∎ To work with clients or internal teams to understand design needs and specifications for execution.
∎ To ensure designs in comply with printing production standards and brand guidelines or requirements.
∎ To prepare print-ready files for the offset printing process, and ensure correct file formats (e.g., PDF, TIFF, EPS), color profiles, bleed, and trim marks.
∎ To collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project flow from design concept to printing production.
∎ To address and solve any issues that may arise during the production process, such as design adjustments or technical concerns.
∎ To ensure finished products to be delivered in accordance with client or company requirements.
∎ To stay updated on the latest trends in design, printing technology, and offset printing techniques.
∎ To help in budgeting and resource management for design and printing projects.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Offset Paper Printing Designer, at the grade of Assistant Manager, is assigned to manage the offset printing design process, ensure the quality of printed materials, and support the overall production workflow. The job-holder will have a strong background in graphic design, offset printing processes, and project management, with a focus on paper printing, as well as overseeing design projects, coordinating the tasks between the design team and production team, and ensuring the designs to be efficiently executed at the highest quality standards.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
